Gnomes

Description Gnomes are long lived like they're Dwarven counterparts, this is all they share in common though. Gnomes are highly intelligent, creative beings. Maybe a little eccentric and a little hyper. They think, talk and move quickly unlike they're slower Dwarven friends. The gnomes themselves are unaware of where they come from. They have no real religion, preferring to believe wholly in themselves, nor have they had they're own king or queen for roughly 500 years. They are friendly, able to befriend any race, Horde or alliance. However they have a less then 'Friendly' rivalry with Goblins. Playable Gnome classes: Warrior, Rogue, Warlock, Mage and Death Knight Physical features: Gnomes are small and compact, normally only reaching heights between 2'8'' and 3'6''. They have short arms and legs, very in proportion to their short torso's. They are wide renown for looking cute, although their females can be very appealing to look at. They favor well crafted clothes, specially the more magic orientated Gnomes. All in all they are very snappily dressed (unless working) and very well maintained, most of the time.

Maturity being as Gnomes live the same amont of time as the Dwarves we've decided that Gnomes to reach Maturity at around 50 years old. Other Again Gnome can be Warlocks, much like with humans this could impede on their ability to have children.	Pregnancy Although living to be the age of roughly 400, after some debating we decided that a Gnome woman would only be pregnant for about 9 - 12 months. In saying this though again this is open to interpretation and if you wish it to be longer then that's fine, although I wouldn't have a pregnancy be anything below nine months. Its just a good starter to go by. In saying this a Gnome woman may begin to show a small bump anywhere from 5 months to 8 months into the pregnancy. It would only be a very small bump though as Gnome children are tiny. Marriage being that Gnomes are not very religious a marriage between to Gnomes is more of a coming together of two families. In saying that though, Gnomes do get married and do celebrate marriage. Gnomes can and do marry other races and the wedding/celebration would depend on the other race and the Gnome.	Inter-Species Conception Gnome and Dwarf - After much discussion we decided that this could be very possible. Specially considering them living together so closely. Being so It would be hard to conceive and would be a difficult pregnancy. Due to the long gestation period of Dwarves against the much shorter one of a Gnome It is purely up to you how long this period could last. Gnome and Goblin - This has caused much speculation among the team of ExquisiteRP, With none of us being so sure. After much discussion though we have decided that it could be possible. Although it would be HIGHLY frowned upon. (still though, makes for some Dramatic Romeo/Juliet-esk roleplay.) Gnomes and Other races - We decided that there was no Chance of Gnomes conceiving with other races.
